Raw Foods Training & Classes Dr. Ladermann's offers Raw Foods training on a one on one basis or through small classes. Small group classes are held at her Oceanside location. Small group classes may be arranged off site as well. Classes can be customized and usually include demonstrations and raw foods recipes.
